Beyonce Diet
The Beyonce diet is the latest fodder for the supermarket tabloids. Woman's Day magazine – reporting on the Beyonce diet – where one of the few who spoke about the master cleans diet Beyonce did not only in terms of Beyonce’s weight loss, but much more so in the detoxification that the body undergoes while following this regimen. The less informed and more sensational tabloids referred to it as Beyonce’s maple syrup diet or even as the lemon diet – Beyonce style. While it is true that the Beyonce diet involved the uses of lemons, in its strictest sense it is not the kind of diet you want to undergo for weight loss. The latter is a side effect, but Beyonce Knowles is not a new diet guru, but instead simply used what many health food aficionados have known for decades: a liquid diet incorporating lemons and a sugary substance will detoxify your colon and will help you to shed weight in the process. While teens everywhere might be tempted to follow the Beyonce crash diet, it is crucial to realize that this procedure is not supposed to be done unadvisedly, and especially not by teens! What is known as the Beyonce diet – some also throw in “and exercise program” – is nothing more than the age old master cleanse diet the actress used to lose a few quick pounds. What did Beyonce use in her diet? Lemons! The Beyonce diet is nothing more and nothing less than a colon cleanse which required Beyonce to drink fresh lemon juice mixed with maple syrup and cayenne pepper as a weight loss drink. The goal is to eschew any solid food for 10 days while the lemony mixture cleans out the digestive tract. While those blinded by the success of the alleged Beyonce diet are wondering what kind of honey syrup she used, it is important to understand that Beyonce - after weight loss – starred in a movie for which she had to lose the weight fast – but not necessarily with healthy means. So, if you are seduced by the apparently miraculous weight loss and how Beyonce’s diet and exercise regimen are doing now, understand that this kind of lopsided diet will do your body more harm than good.
