Cleansing Diet
The cleansing diet – oftentimes referred to as the liver cleansing diet – is a procedure that was made popular by Sandra Cabot. While she did not invent this cleansing diet herself, she refined it to such an extent as to permit even the busiest of people to enjoy the effect such a cleansing diet may. It is important to understand that a cleansing diet does not simply apply to the liver but to other areas of the anatomy as well; there are the colon cleansing diet, the body cleansing diet, and probably whole hosts of other cleanse diets. Usually, a cleansing diet will begin by purging your pantry of every trace of junk foods. It does not matter if you follow a homemade colon cleansing diet or a lemon juice, maple syrup and red pepper cleansing diet – the fact remains that in order for any cleansing to work, you will need to reduce the amount of junk to introduce to your body. Many instructions for a free liver cleansing diet or a free detox cleansing diet may be found on the Internet; keep in mind that it is always a good idea to check with a medical professional before beginning a cleanse, even if it sounds natural and wholesome like a lemon cleansing diet.
