Triglycerides Diet
For metabolism and energy boosts, you can’t beat the triglycerides diet. Triglycerides play a key role in as both an energy source and transporter of dietary fat in any diet. Adding more than twice the energy as carbohydrates and proteins, they’re an effective alternative to the standard fare. But a diet high in triglycerides offers risk of heart disease and stroke. With vegetable oil and animal fats as key players in a triglycerides diet, it’s natural to be concerned. Triglycerides operate in the blood vessels so their function can be prohibitive in the clogging of arteries. Also alcohol abuse has been known to lead to elevated levels of triglycerides. Many people don’t want a diet high in triglycerides rather they’re trying to do their part to reduce your levels. There is always good in food with Omega-3 acids from fish, niacin, and some statins. While the last two aren’t even really food, the supplements have been known to have an ever increasingly better effect as the science gets more specific and their chemical properties accelerate.
A good diet to lower triglycerides includes the above listed foods and vitamins. Triglycerides yield twice the energy for a same mass as carbohydrates or proteins. The triglycerides metabolism consists of catabolic processes which generate energy from fatty acids and anabolic professes which create important molecules.
A diet for lowering triglycerides in the blood is equally and totally important. Bloods primary function is to flow; it needs to continue this process, lest our heart stops beating and we all stop moving. It would seem with all the congestion from fatty acids gumming up the works, it’s a wonder anything ever gets to where it’s got to be. The best diet to lower triglycerides is still out there, waiting to be discovered. There needs to be continued discussion on this important, often overlooked issue. We need to find a way to harness this amazingly sprung energy source without all the negative repercussions. I would imagine that’s the best way to have a proper diet to lower triglycerides; a diet that maintains all that amazing energy but leaves out all the bad.
