Gout
There seems only one way to say it; ouch! Gout is a very unfortunate innate disease which affects the body in stressful way; with study still ongoing there is still hope. However, while it doesn’t affect many in Western countries and with all the myriad of other unsolved mysteries that linger much closer to home, it doesn’t look like gout is going anywhere anytime soon. Maybe Lindsay Lohan needs to develop a case of gout for Western doctors to begin to attack this disease with fervency. That would be a gripping story for the cable news channels to beat to death; then we’d begin to get some real answers. In the meantime, about gout, all we have is sparse knowledge and many questions. Gout has to do with monosodium crystals being deposited in bodily tissue which provokes an inflammatory response. One thing that raises your chances of having or acquiring gout is higher levels of uric acid in your blood. There are answers centered on your food intake which can help you. As stated earlier, there is no real cure for gout; the information is sparse, contrary, and in dispute. But if you’ve found out that your blood does carry these elevated levels of the uric acid, you may wish to begin ascribing to the following diet: -cherries are a very strong defender against the gout inciting uric acid -strawberries, blueberries, are also thought to be beneficial -celery extracts (capsule form or as tea) -limit food intake high in protein: meat, fish, or poultry Ouch! You’ve already developed a case of the gout; you’re in a lot of pain; you feel stuck without any alternatives. There is help. Some things you’d do well to totally avoid during a gout outbreak: -sweetbreads, kidneys, liver, brains, sardines, anchovies, scallops, prawns, crabs -alcohol: especially beer as brewers yeasts exacerbate the gout -shellfish, shrimp, lobster -diet sodas Some last advice is to drink lots and lots of water and listen to your doctor. Only they know the particulars of your gout case for sure; only they can give you the health answers to save your life.
