Gall Bladder Diet
Gall Bladder health is either important or unnecessary depending on who you speak to in the medical community. If your gall bladder is corrupted, this is often the result of an overworked kidney and is a precursor to many greater issues. The gall bladder has been the subject of much debate and continues to be. However, there are a few things believed to be true; among these is a good, balanced diet for gall bladder health as defined by doctors and dieticians. If you’re known for making poor choices in diet, including consumption of fatty foods, excess dairy or fried foods these can often be a big part of the problem in gall bladder health. You may also have some other type of blood disorder. If you’re an impregnated woman or you’re on the pill, your gall bladder can face problems. Gall bladder problems can be something as simple as indigestion all the way to vomiting and unexplained pin in the abdomen, shoulder, or back. If you’re looking for ways to assure gall bladder health, there is plenty you can do. These are even easy additions to an already healthy diet and many of these suggestions are a part of the food group’s chain of healthy food anyway.
-eliminate exposure to red meat and artificial sweeteners.
-High fiber foods such as whole grains, bran, raw fruits and vegetables, in particular apples and pears. -Low fat yogurt, eggs, and fish are a vital part of a gall bladder healthy diet. -All dairy products are to be avoided as well as foods with high bacteria count, viruses, fungi (all dairy, preserved meat, deli meat, hamburger, processed food) Another item of note that’s good in any diet, for the health of your gall bladder or merely for your health in general, is drinking plenty of water! We forget about water with all your hyper saturated health drinks and glucose filled energy drinks; but we should all be drinking anywhere between 64-80 oz of water a day; more with any exercise. Amounts of water such as these are something that’s been sadly missing in most of our diets. Your gall bladder churns the bile all around; like it or loathe it, gall bladder health is one of those things we’d be foolish to do without.
